We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming international symposium University Mobilization for Climate Action, to be held at the University of Campinas (Unicamp),Brazil, on May 11-12, 2026.
This event is founded on the belief that higher education institutions must move beyond isolated sustainability projects and adopt systemic, collaborative approaches that fully embed climate action into their teaching, research, and community outreach.
We welcome faculty, researchers, students, consultants, policy makers, managers, and all stakeholders committed to climate action in higher education, to share their experiences, research, and innovative approaches within the following theme clusters:
Integrating Climate Action in Curriculum and Research
University Climate Leadership and Governance
Student and Staff Engagement in Climate Initiatives
Climate Action Through Campus Operations
Partnerships and Policy Engagement
Measuring and Reporting University Climate Action
